New Pricing Module

We are pleased to announce that we now just introduced new pricing models to increase the flexibility in purchasing courses. Now in addition to the purchase of perpetual licenses customers can also purchase three year and five year licenses at reduced prices. Master Classes

We are currently working to develop master level classes. Release of the first classes will begin in the spring of 2010. The master classes will provide in depth coverage of specific topics such as building trust in your team and establishing effective team based communication plans and protocols. These classes will be available as standalone web based training or in conjunction with web based training in a blended learning model.

New Manager Course Released

In addition to the exciting modules already developed to support virtual work, remote work, distributed work, and telework, e-Work.com has also just released a new version of its manager training course.

This new course provides significant new enhancements to the manager course including; increased focus on building effective communication and collaboration skills, and fostering virtual community. Enhancements include new interactive activities such as web based meeting simulations, employee and manager one-on-one coaching sessions, and new tools for planning team communication protocols.

New employee Course to Be Released February 2010

An exciting new version of our employee course is planned for release in February 2010. The new course incorporates a powerful profiling capability that can deliver thirty two different course variants depending on an employees work style profile. Now, regardless of whether an employee works in the office full time, if they are mobile, they telework, or if they use activity based work settings they will have a customized course delivered based on their specific needs.

At the same time each module in the overall course will be available as a shorter course. These standalone courses will run from 10 to 20 minutes and can now be purchased individually.
