New WOW Symposium 13 Social Network Analysis for New Ways of Working

In this symposium, we’ll focus on understanding the basics of social network analysis and how some of our members are using it to:
- Assess the impact of workplace design on communication patterns
- Identify communication problems and correct them with new workspace design
- Talk about how switching to new ways of working will change the dynamics within their work group
- Identify differences in how people communicate when they are collocated and when they are distributed
