In this session, Kate North will summarize the Workplace Journey Map that was developed at the Workplace Community Workshop last September during the London Summit. This simple, but effective approach to workplace provides the CRE team with an understanding of the big picture and each phase of the Workplace Journey, including challenges and solutions. We will collectively explore how this information applies to the work we are leading within our own organizations.
